Small Party Hall in Hyderabad — Just Your Group
No banquet-hall minimums: book a private room for your group with free theme decoration, a big screen and your cake. Group theatres start at ₹999 for 4 guests for 2.5 hours at Kondapur, Nagole and Yusufguda, and take up to 12 at Kondapur.
A small party hall rarely comes with a screen, sound and decoration included; a private theatre room does. Each Party Theatre group room has a big screen, Dolby sound, seating for the group and a décor theme set up for free, so the only things to add are the cake and any extras you want.
Room sizes differ by branch: up to 6 or 8 guests at Nagole (Silver, Golden), up to 10 at Yusufguda (Platinum, Diamond) and up to 12 at Kondapur. Slots are two and a half hours, between 9 AM and midnight.
Birthday at Party Theatre: price, rooms and branches
A birthday at Party Theatre starts at ₹599 for two (110 min) or ₹999 for 4 guests in a group room (2.5 hrs), with space for up to 12 guests at Kondapur. The Birthday theme is free with every booking, cakes start at ₹499, and the full total is shown before you pay.
Party Theatre has 3 branches in Hyderabad: Yusufguda (inside Yusufguda metro station — use Gate A or D), Nagole (near Nagole metro station) and Kondapur (near AMB Mall), with slots from 9 AM to 12 AM.
Right-sized for small groups
Banquet halls are designed for 50 to 500 guests. For a small celebration that means paying for space you do not use. A private theatre room is designed for groups of up to 12, so it feels full and lively instead of empty.
Small party hall vs private theatre room
- Size: halls are built for large gatherings; a private room fits a small group
- Screen: a private theatre has a cinema-size screen built in
- Décor: chosen while booking and set up before you arrive
- Cost: you pay for a room sized to your group, not for empty space
