Private Party Places in Hyderabad

A birthday at Party Theatre starts at ₹599 for two (110 min) or ₹999 for 4 guests in a group room (2.5 hrs), with space for up to 12 guests at Kondapur. The Birthday theme is free with every booking, cakes start at ₹499, and the full total is shown before you pay.

Party Theatre has 3 branches in Hyderabad: Yusufguda (inside Yusufguda metro station — use Gate A or D), Nagole (near Nagole metro station) and Kondapur (near AMB Mall), with slots from 9 AM to 12 AM.

Most party places in Hyderabad are built for large crowds — banquet halls with minimum guest counts, restaurants with shared seating, or lounges where you cannot hear each other. For groups of up to 12, a private theatre room is often the better fit: it is sized for your group, decorated for the occasion and completely private.

You also get something a hall cannot offer: a cinema-size screen for the birthday video, the couple's story, a surprise reveal or simply a great film to end the party.

Party hall: large, often needs a minimum headcount and décor arranged separately. Restaurant: shared space and limited time at the table. Home party: hosting, cleaning and no big screen. Private theatre: a room only for your group, décor available at booking, a big screen and nothing to clean up.

Start with the guest count. Venues sized for a hundred guests cost more and feel empty for ten; a private room sized for groups of up to 12 keeps the energy up. Next, check what is included — décor, a screen and seating — and what you will have to arrange yourself.

Location matters more than most people expect: pick the branch closest to where most guests live or work, so everyone arrives on time. We have 3 branches across Hyderabad — Yusufguda, Nagole and Kondapur.

A private party room is booked per slot, not per plate. At Party Theatre bookings start from ₹599 for 110 min; décor, cakes and add-ons are optional and itemised before you pay, so the total is known upfront.
