Private Party Venue in Hyderabad

For a group of six to twelve, a private theatre room usually costs less than a restaurant or a banquet hall booked for the evening. At Party Theatre a group room is ₹999 for the first four guests for two and a half hours, plus a fixed price for each extra guest. Eight people in Golden at Nagole, for example, come to ₹999 + 4 × ₹249 = ₹1,995 before add-ons.

For twelve, Kondapur's Love theatre starts at ₹2,499 for six. Décor is free, you can bring your own film or slideshow, and the full total is shown before you pay — with a ₹750 advance online and the rest at the venue.

A birthday at Party Theatre starts at ₹599 for two (110 min) or ₹999 for 4 guests in a group room (2.5 hrs), with space for up to 12 guests at Kondapur. The Birthday theme is free with every booking, cakes start at ₹499, and the full total is shown before you pay.

Party Theatre has 3 branches in Hyderabad: Yusufguda (inside Yusufguda metro station — use Gate A or D), Nagole (near Nagole metro station) and Kondapur (near AMB Mall), with slots from 9 AM to 12 AM.

Many venues advertise private parties but seat you in a corner of a shared space. At Party Theatre each booking gets its own room for the full slot — suitable for groups of up to 12.

Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, bride-to-be and bachelor parties, farewells, reunions, team outings and family get-togethers. The screen works for videos, films, matches, games and presentations.

Rooms at Party Theatre suit groups of up to 12. Tell us the group size while booking — the base price covers a set number of guests and extra guests are added per person, up to the room's capacity.

We have 3 branches across Hyderabad — Yusufguda, Nagole and Kondapur. Each branch page lists the address, directions and the occasions you can book there.
